Volunteers of America National Services (VOANS) is a nonprofit affordable housing owner and operator that also delivers healthcare services to seniors and vulnerable populations. Founded in 1982 and headquartered in the United States, the organization operates across more than 40 states and Puerto Rico.
The organization manages over 240 affordable housing properties comprising approximately 12,900 units. In addition to its housing portfolio, VOANS runs 46 senior healthcare programs and serves more than 32,000 individuals annually. Its work spans affordable housing, healthcare, and senior care.
