About

The Pixel Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization founded in 2012. It operates as an entirely volunteer-run effort, relying on a dedicated network of fosters and rescue partners to carry out its mission.

The organization is focused on saving the lives of shelter pets, with particular attention to animals in high-kill shelters. Its work spans three regions: Central Maine, Georgia, and Florida.

As an all-volunteer team, The Pixel Fund has no paid staff. Roles within the organization are filled by individuals who contribute their time to animal rescue efforts across its operating areas.
